Idaho requirements to attend the USSSA & GSL World Tournaments for Men’s or Women’s C, D, & E
USSSA & GSL State and World Tournament Entry Requirements
Qualifying for Idaho USSSA & GSL State Tournaments:
- Two (2) USSSA Events to Qualify for State Tournaments: Must play regional to play in State Tournament
- Gem State Major Entry
- Required Tournaments: Any USSSA/GSL Event Qualifier & Regional
Qualifying for any USSSA or GSL World Event:
- Each Team will need participate in 3 Qualifiers
- Gem State Major is a required event for Men’s & Women’s teams wanting to attend Worlds.
- Any Combination of GSL or USSSA for Qualifier
- MUST PLAY: GSL State, USSSA State, & Regionals (Offered in WA, OR, ID, with 1st Option being Idaho Regional)
- ENTRY to GSL WORLDS MUST PLAY: GSL State & Gem State Major, Any Qualifier, & Regionals (Offered in WA, OR, ID, with 1st Option being Idaho Regional)
- ENTRY to USSSA WORLDS MUST PLAY: USSSA State & Gem State Major, Any Qualifier, & Regionals (Offered in WA, OR, ID, with 1st Option being Idaho Regional)
USSSA Mixed World Tournament Entry Requires
- One (1) qualifier
- State Tournament
- State Tournament: Idaho USSSA or GSL State
- Ideas for Qualifiers: Boise Super Draft, Gem State Major (Boise) & Liams Legacy Regional
HERE ARE OPTIONS FOR EVENTS:
- Spring Training – March (Lewiston Qualifier)
- Polar Bear – April (Boise Qualifier)
- Boise Super Draft – April (Boise Mixed Qualifier)
- Liam’s Legacy Spud Regional – June (REQUIRED)
- Gem State Major – Aug (REQUIRED EVENT)
*League does not count as an event (A rained out tournament if you were drawn into it counts as an event)
